Rules For The «Audi Q3 - Yeshua School 2026» Creative Entry Competition With Associated Sales»

PREAMBLE

This creative raffle is organised by the’ASBL Office de rassemblement des Suryoye (hereinafter «the Organiser»), whose registered office is at rue de Genève 470a, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0784.275.187. All the proceeds will be used to finance the creation and fitting out of the Yeshua School in Belgium, a public utility project within the meaning of article 7, 3° of the law of 31 December 1851 on lotteries.

These rules set out the terms and conditions for participation, the draw and the award of the main prize (an Audi Q3 car), in accordance with Belgian legislation - in particular :

  • Law of 31dDecember1851 on lotteries, art. 3 and 7 (3°).
  • Royal Decree of 18dDecember2023 laying down the general rules relating to the authorisation of tombola in favour of a good cause.
  • BookVI of the Code of economic (market practices and consumer protection).
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) - protection of personal data.

The Organiser will seek the prior authorisation of the Minister of Justice / SPF Finances as provided for by article 7, 3° of the aforementioned law before any tickets are put on sale.

Article1 - Purpose

Organise a creative tombola with ticket sales to raise funds for the construction and opening of the Yeshua School. The main prize is a new AudiQ3 (indicative value €50,000). Under no circumstances may the value of the prizes be claimed.

Article2 - Pperiod

Tickets will be on sale from 15 February 2026 (00:00) to 30 June 2026 (23:59). The draw will take place on 1st July 2026 and produced by the organisers.

Article3 - Conditions of participation

  1. Be a natural person of legal age (≥ 18 years) and resident in the European Economic Area. 
  2. Buy at least one ticket (unit price : 6), with no limit on the quantity per participant.
  3. Respond correctly to the selection question when you buy your ticket.
  4. Unreservedly accept these rules and the data protection policy.

Article4 - Ticket sales

  • The tickets are numbered and include: a unique number, a reference to the ASBL, the price, a selection question, QR codes to the regulations and the RGPD policy.
  • Payment exclusively by bank transfer to BE05 9735 0941 9075 (name: Office de rassemblement des Suryoye ASBL) or via authorised sales outlets/members.
  • Tickets are only valid once full payment has been confirmed.

Article5 - Minimum tickets - suspension clause

The actual draw is conditional on the sale of a minimum of 50000 tickets (i.e. €300,000 gross revenue).

  • If this threshold is reached or exceeded on 30 June 2026, the draw will take place in accordance with Article
  • If the threshold is not not reached :
    • there will be not car allocation ;
    • a draw among the tickets correctly answering the question will designate a single winner who will receive 40% of net revenue (gross revenue less ticketing costs) in the form of a one-off payment ;
    • the remaining 60 % will be allocated to funding the good cause in accordance with AR18 December 2023 (≥ 60 % mandatory).

Article6 - Procdraw procedure

  1. Checklist: only tickets paid for before 30 June 2026 and bearing a correct answer will be included on the official list sealed by the organisers.
  2. Certified manual or electronic print in the presence of two witnesses, carried out at the Crabbe Pierre office, boulevard Général Wahis n°20, 1030 Schaerbeek.
  3. A winning number and two substitute numbers are drawn. Alternate 1 is declared the winner if the winner gives up or cannot be contacted within 30 days. Alternate 2 is declared the winner if the winner and alternate 1 cannot be contacted within 2 months.

Article7 - Price list

The winner (or nominated alternate) wins :

  • Option A: AudiNew Q3 (if the 50,000 threshold is reached).
  • Option B: 40% of net revenue (if threshold not reached).

Registration, insurance and delivery costs within Europe are at the winner's expense. The vehicle will be delivered within 90 days of the winner's confirmation.

Article8 - Publication and award ceremony

The result will be published within 48 hours on the ASBL's official website and communicated personally to the winner. A public ceremony may be organised.

Article9 - Responsibilityé

The organisers cannot be held responsible if, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control, the competition has to be suspended, modified or cancelled.

Article10 - Donns personal data

The data collected is processed by the ASBL for the purposes of managing the competition and carrying out its activities. Participants have a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion by writing to info@yeshuaschool.com.

Article11 - Acceptance of the rules

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules. They are published on www.yeshuaschool.com and are available on written request to info@yeshuaschool.com.

Article12 - Applicable law and competent courtsetents

The competition is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
