Rules For The \u00abAudi Q3 - Yeshua School 2026\u00bb Creative Entry Competition With Associated Sales\u00bb<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

PREAMBLE<\/strong><\/p>\n

This creative raffle is organised by theASBL Office de rassemblement des Suryoye<\/strong> (hereinafter \u00abthe Organiser\u00bb), whose registered office is at rue de Gen\u00e8ve 470a, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE<\/strong>0784.275.187<\/strong>. All the proceeds will be used to finance the creation and fitting out of the Yeshua School in Belgium, a public utility project within the meaning of article 7, 3\u00b0 of the law of 31 December 1851 on lotteries.<\/p>\n

These rules set out the terms and conditions for participation, the draw and the award of the main prize (an Audi Q3 car), in accordance with Belgian legislation - in particular :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Law of 31<\/strong>d<\/strong>December<\/strong>1851 on lotteries<\/strong>, art. 3 and 7 (3\u00b0).<\/li>\n
  • Royal Decree of 18<\/strong>d<\/strong>December<\/strong>2023<\/strong> laying down the general rules relating to the authorisation of tombola in favour of a good cause.<\/li>\n
  • Book<\/strong>VI of the Code of <\/strong>economic<\/strong> (market practices and consumer protection).<\/li>\n
  • Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (RGPD)<\/strong> - protection of personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Organiser will seek the prior authorisation of the Minister of Justice \/ SPF Finances as provided for by article 7, 3\u00b0 of the aforementioned law before any tickets are put on sale.<\/p>\n

    Article<\/strong>1<\/strong> - Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Organise a creative tombola with ticket sales to raise funds for the construction and opening of the Yeshua School. The main prize is a new Audi<\/strong>Q3<\/strong> (indicative value \u20ac50,000). Under no circumstances may the value of the prizes be claimed.<\/p>\n

    Article<\/strong>2<\/strong> - P<\/strong>period<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Tickets will be on sale from 15<\/strong> February 2026<\/strong> (00:00) to 30 June 2026<\/strong> (23:59). The draw will take place on 1st July 2026<\/strong> and produced by the organisers.<\/p>\n

    Article<\/strong>3<\/strong> - Conditions of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Be a natural person of legal age (\u2265 18 years) and resident in the European Economic Area. <\/li>\n
    2. Buy at least one ticket (unit price : 6<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>\u20ac<\/strong>), with no limit on the quantity per participant.<\/li>\n
    3. Respond correctly to the selection question<\/strong> when you buy your ticket.<\/li>\n
    4. Unreservedly accept these rules and the data protection policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Article<\/strong>4<\/strong> - Ticket sales<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • The tickets are numbered and include: a unique number, a reference to the ASBL, the price, a selection question, QR codes to the regulations and the RGPD policy.<\/li>\n
      • Payment exclusively by bank transfer to BE05 9735 0941 9075<\/strong> (name: Office de rassemblement des Suryoye ASBL) or via authorised sales outlets\/members.<\/li>\n
      • Tickets are only valid once full payment has been confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Article<\/strong>5<\/strong> - Minimum tickets<\/strong> - suspension clause<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The actual draw is conditional on the sale of a minimum of 50<\/strong>000 tickets<\/strong> (i.e. \u20ac300,000 gross revenue).<\/p>\n

          \n
        • If this threshold is reached or exceeded on 30 June 2026, the draw will take place in accordance with Article<\/li>\n
        • If the threshold is not not<\/strong> reached :\n
            \n
          • there will be not<\/strong> car allocation ;<\/li>\n
          • a draw among the tickets correctly answering the question will designate a single winner who will receive 40<\/strong>% of net revenue<\/strong> (gross revenue less ticketing costs) in the form of a one-off payment ;<\/li>\n
          • the remaining 60 % will be allocated to funding the good cause in accordance with AR18 December 2023 (\u2265 60 % mandatory).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Article<\/strong>6<\/strong> - Proc<\/strong>draw procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Checklist: only tickets paid for before 30 June 2026 and bearing a correct answer will be included on the official list sealed by the organisers.<\/li>\n
            2. Manual or electronic print certified in the presence of two witnesses.<\/li>\n
            3. A winning number and two substitute numbers are drawn. Alternate 1 is declared the winner if the winner gives up or cannot be contacted within 30 days. Alternate 2 is declared the winner if the winner and alternate 1 cannot be contacted within 2 months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Article<\/strong>7<\/strong> - Price list<\/strong><\/p>\n

              The winner (or nominated alternate) wins :<\/p>\n

                \n
              • Option A: Audi<\/strong>New Q3<\/strong> (if the 50,000 sales threshold is reached).<\/li>\n
              • Option B: 40<\/strong>% of net revenue<\/strong> (if threshold not reached).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Registration, insurance and delivery costs within Europe are at the winner's expense. The vehicle will be delivered within 90 days of the winner's confirmation.<\/p>\n

                Article<\/strong>8<\/strong> - Publication and award ceremony<\/strong><\/p>\n

                The result will be published within 48 hours on the ASBL's official website and communicated personally to the winner. A public ceremony may be organised.<\/p>\n

                Article<\/strong>9<\/strong> - Responsibility<\/strong>\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n

                The organisers cannot be held responsible if, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond their control, the competition has to be suspended, modified or cancelled.<\/p>\n

                Article<\/strong>10<\/strong> - Donn<\/strong>s personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

                The data collected is processed by the ASBL for the purposes of managing the competition and carrying out its activities. Participants have a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion by writing to info@yeshuaschool.com.<\/p>\n

                Article<\/strong>11<\/strong> - Acceptance of the r<\/strong>ules<\/strong><\/p>\n

                Participation implies full acceptance of these rules. They are published on www.yeshuaschool.com and are available on written request to info@yeshuaschool.com.<\/p>\n

                Article<\/strong>12<\/strong> - Applicable law and competent courts<\/strong>etents<\/strong><\/p>\n

                The competition is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.<\/p>\n
