Protection of personal data by Yeshua School
Specific information notices detailing the processing of their personal data by Yeshua School are available for :
- Students and students in the process of enrolling
- Members of staff - This notice also applies to persons with only an institutional or specific mandate at Yeshua School, members of staff of entities linked to Yeshua School, external teachers from educational establishments collaborating with Yeshua School and persons to whom access must be granted for reasons specific to the operation of Yeshua School.
- Surveillance cameras
Personal data is only collected on the site as part of the proper management of the site and to respond to users' requests. The data collected is never passed on to third parties.
Confidentiality
Personal data processed by Yeshua School is only accessible to authorised members of its staff to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of their duties.
They are required to respect the confidentiality of all personal data. This implies :

In the event of a security incident involving a loss of personal data or confidentiality, Yeshua School will notify the Data Protection Authority in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

In accordance with its obligations in this area, Yeshua School informs you that it uses cookies when you connect to and browse its institutional site in order to ensure its optimal operation and for internal analytical purposes.

- obtain portability of your personal data provided to Yeshua School, i.e. to receive the data in a commonly used structured format, provided that the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out using automated processes; ;
- oppose the processing of your personal data, subject to the conditions laid down in the regulations, for reasons relating to your particular situation; ;

The conditions for exercising the rights referred to in points c, d and f are detailed in the appendix below.
These rights may be exercised by sending an e-mail or a signed and dated letter to the Yeshua School Data Protection Officer. In accordance with legislation, a response will be provided within 30 days of the request being made.

Right to erasure (Article 17 of the RGPD)
Individuals may exercise their right to have their personal data erased:
- if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; ;
- if the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing; ;
- if the data subject objects to the processing and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, or if the data subject objects to processing for canvassing purposes; ;
- if the personal data has been processed unlawfully ;
- if the personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Belgian law; ;
- if the personal data has been collected as part of the provision of information society services.
Right of limitation (Article 18 of the RGPD)
The right to restrict the processing of personal data may be exercised by an individual :
- if the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data, for as long as is necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; ;
- if the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of the data and demands instead that their use be restricted; ;
- Yeshua School no longer requires the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data is still necessary for the data subject to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; ;
- if the data subject has objected to the processing, during the verification as to whether the legitimate grounds pursued by the controller override those of the data subject.
Right to object (Article 21 of the RGPD)
The right to object may be exercised by the data subject on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, in connection with the processing of personal data concerning him or her based on Yeshua School's public interest mission or legitimate interest, unless Yeshua School demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests and rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
